Most carrier lines postponed PSS From Far East Asia to the Black Sea regions
After longstanding preparation for Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) starting from 15/09/11 most carrier lines postponed it and decided to keep the same level of rates till the end of the month. After they will inform about new rates level.
