The standard list of documents necessary for customs clearance and cargo registration at port is as follows:

foreign economic activity contracts;
invoice originals and packing lists;
transport documents originals (bills of lading, CMR, railway documents);
sender's orders' originals for cargo transfer to the recipient (in case of order bill of lading);
certificates of origin and quality (originals);
certificate of conformance (original) if the cargo is subject to certification on the territory of Ukraine;
Hygienic conclusion of the sanitary-and-epidemiologic institution for the cargo;
Goods code according to commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity supported by engineering process certificate;
Accreditation card (copy).

Additionally:

For livestock cargos - veterinary certificate (original).

For phytogenous cargos - phytosanitary certificate (original), fumigation certificate.

Depending on the cargo type some additional documents may be required. You will be notified in advance.
